2. Purpose of Processing:<\/b> The Data provided will be used for the following purpose: sending emails with news and advertising\/promotions from SMC<\/b>.<\/p>\n

3. Access to Personal Data: <\/b>SMC<\/b> may share the Personal Data with third-party service providers to carry out the activities necessary to fulfill the purpose established in item 2<\/b> of this consent form.<\/p>\n
